Exchange Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction.  Therefore, we allow exchanges of merchandise purchased. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of purchase for an exchange authorization and code.  Exchanging merchandise will not be accepted without authorization. 

 
Make sure your name, address, phone number and e-mail are provided along with the reason for your exchange on the form.  Shipping charges for exchanged merchandise will be billed to your credit card. 
 
The exchange authorization code must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
 
PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise exchanged must be in its original condition with tags attached. If tags are not attached to the shirt, the shirt may NOT be exchanged! Merchandise may not have been worn, soiled, washed, or dry cleaned.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and offers tracking. (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of exchanges, or exchanges in damaged condition.
 
Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping of an exchanged item.
